Lender Waiver Program
Clearline Loans offers to certain eligible borrowers, at no cost to you, a lender waiver program whereby certain obligations under this Loan Agreement may be waived pursuant to the terms, conditions, and exclusions as set forth in the Lender Waiver Program and Guide, which can be viewed by clicking here (“Lender Waiver Program”).
The Lender Waiver Program includes potential waivers of certain debt obligations under certain circumstances related to a borrower’s death, critical illness, and disability.
