Can I qualify if I have bad credit?

Yes. We do not perform traditional credit checks as part of our approval process. Even if you have been turned down by other lenders, we may be able to approve your loan.

Although we offer bad credit loans and do not perform traditional credit checks, applicant information may be verified through national databases including, but not limited to, Clarity, IDology, and FactorTrust.

How do I ensure my information is secure?

We take the security of all your personal information seriously and have in place a variety of procedures to protect against physical or online theft. All information collected is stored in a technically and physically secure environment.

For your own protection, we ask that you never email or fax any secure information. If you need to update your payment information, please call us.

How do I know that I have been approved?

We will notify you via email once your loan application has been approved.

How can I reprint my loan documents?

You may log into your account at any time to view and download your loan documents.

When will I receive the funds?

If your loan is approved before our daily deadline, funds will typically be received on the next business day. The funds will be posted via an ACH credit and the exact time will depend on your bank.

How will this affect my credit?

We may report to the three credit bureaus − Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion.

How do I make payments?

You can choose to pay back your loan through any of the following methods:

  • ACH or Debit Card - Payments are debited from your bank account
  • Certified Check - Payments can be mailed and need to be received by the scheduled due date.

What if I am unable to make a payment?

Please call us in advance to discuss your payment schedule. We are often able to reschedule payments to help you avoid any late payment penalties as well as any fees from your bank.

Can I cancel my loan?

Yes, you may cancel your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date ("Cancellation Deadline").
